To ensure a smooth reservation process, guests are required to provide complete information including: number of participants, arrival and departure dates, flight details, hotel preferences, and the type of room needed.
All confirmations and quotations will be sent via email or telephone within a maximum of 2 × 24 hours. Flores Crossland Tour provides responsive communication to deliver accurate and timely information.
All rates for transportation, tours, and travel packages are NETT in Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollars. Children’s rates may vary depending on hotel or airline regulations.
All sightseeing and tour packages include services as stated in the agreed itinerary. Rates do not include airport tax, laundry, telephone charges, tipping, or additional personal requests. Requests for guides in specific languages should be made in advance and are subject to availability.
A minimum deposit of 25% is required once the reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 3 days before the departure date. All payments should be made via bank transfer to the official account of Flores Crossland Tour.
A service voucher will be issued for each city or activity. Please ensure all listed services are correct and match the arrangements made.
Refunds may be granted for cancellations made at least 1 week prior to the departure date. The refund amount is subject to the policies of the service providers working with Flores Crossland Tour.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total payment will be charged for any cancellations, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
